We only use the highest quality ingredients in our fudge production, purchasing them from the finest suppliers in the country. Our fudge is made fresh and without preservatives.  It can be stored at room temperature for at least one month.  It should NOT be stored in an airtight container. For the creamiest texture, it is best to use within two weeks or freeze until needed in a ziplock freezer bag.  Just put the whole box in a freezer bag- a gallon size holds 4 boxes.  The only flavors with a shorter shelf and freezer life are those containing peanut butter.  Fudge does not spoil- it simply begins to dry out over time.  For fudge over 1 month, you may want to trim the edges before serving.
